#SweatSaturdays isn't about just waking up early and working out on weekends. #SweatSaturdays is the beginning of something you've been putting off for a very long time. Maybe you've been wanting to get in shape, but didn't know where to start and the thought of going to a gym alone is far too overwhelming. Maybe you've found yourself looking in the mirror and not satisfied with what you see or maybe you just want to get active and be social, all while burning some calories in the process. #SweatSaturdays is a safe space. It's a space for you to come, after a long stressful week of taking care of business and others, and pour into yourself. Sweat out all of the worries and stressors that life may have hit you with the days before. It's a space where you're not alone and help is there to guide you through each and every workout. It's a space created by me to help cultivate the best you! Let me help you. Change your mind, change your attitude, change your life. One Saturday at a time.
